In 1953, two seemingly different men came together in a private apartment in Lörrach, Germany, to found a new company: Swiss engineer Georg H. Endress, 29 years old, tall and strong; and the 58-year-od German bank manager Ludwig Hauser, slim in stature. Little did the two of them know that they had just laid the foundation for a worldwide success story.
Over the year, Endress+Hauser developed into a global leader in measurement instrumentation, services and solutions for industrial process engineering.
